                          INTRODUCTION

     -throughout history society have sought to educate their people to produce goods and services,to respond effectively and creatively to their word.Education value intellectual exploration and of concrete experimentation.

     -Grading system/cumulative grading system

                           SYSTEM DESCRIPTION
      - is the way of deriving the grades of the students,It is used by the teachers to calculate all the outputs of the students.


                         SIGNIFICANCE OF THE GRADING SYSTEM
        -It is a systematic way of collecting the data or outputs of the students in such way the teachers will have a valid and correct way of giving grades.

       -Grading system used by the ENGLISH subject.

          -teacher-the one who record the data,scores,output given by the students

5.what are the datas? 
      -score of the students eg.
        quiz,Assignments,oral recitation,project,lab,activity,periodic examination.

6.What are the procedure in your information  system?

     1.giving inputs to the students-add their raw scores of each categories quiz,Assignments,oral recitation,project,lab,activity,periodic examination

     2.add the raw scores of each categories   
          *Quizes               10%
          *assign                10%
          *oral recitation     25%
          *behavior               5%
          *summative          25%
          *periodic exam    25%
    3. in each categories ad all the raw scores divided the # of items.

    4.multiply the results of step 3 to the given weight percentage.

    5.add all the results in step 4 in each category.
