through computer leteracy is not just knowing how to make use of computers and computational ideas.It is knowing when it is appropriate to do so.Ethics talks about the information stored in the computer.It is the rules that define right and wrong behaviors in computing professions.We relied Ethics to control people's behavior and to control many situatuions.

system is a set of interrelated components with a clearly defined boundary.Information system is any organized combination of people,hardware,software,data bases,network,policies and ptocedures that stores,retrieves,transforms,and dessaminates information in an organization.it is all the components and resources necessary to deliver information and functions to an organization.
